In the third episode of Toei’s Kakuseihunter Omegahorn, titled “Savor It! The Furious Tag Battle!”, the protagonist Shout forms an unexpected alliance with his rival Giriko the Wave-Slasher after they are captured by the villainous Ibaru Alliance. The episode starts off with heavy tension as Giriko, who has been keeping a close eye on Shout and Enkaku, steps up and challenges them to a direct Hunter Battle. But just as the clash is about to get real, a group of ambushers from the Ibaru Alliance crashes the party, completely throwing off the match and changing the stakes for everyone involved.
